Rion King, the landlord’s son, is faced with the difficult task of evicting tenant Alison Avery. After avoiding him for weeks, this time he decides to confront her right there at her apartment. But Alison knows he’s a wimp, and tells him he’s not man enough to kick her out. Rion agrees, but he says he’s smart enough, and so he proposes a deal, if she helps make him a man, he’ll let her stay.
